Reward Analyst

A leading global investment bank is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join their team in London.  Working within the deferred compensation and compensation planning division, the successful candidate will have a proven accountancy or executive compensation background ideally within and financial or professional services environment with a strong knowledge of personal and expatriate tax.

Reward Analyst responsibilities will include: 

• Working with the Global Executive Compensation department with designing and implementing Equity Plans. 
   Assisting with the Dividend Equivalent Payment Process. 
• Assist with Tax matters relating to compensation including dual contracts and deferred compensation schemes. 
• Contribute to the bonus progress, particularly Transfer Year arrangements. 
• Effective stakeholder management and the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent system and analytic skills are essential for the role as well as accuracy

Key skills for the Reward Analyst

• ATT or Tax qualifications would be ideal 
• Good communicator
