Compensation & Benefits Manager
A leading financial service, is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager to join their reward function, based in London. Working with the Head of Compensation and Benefits and Group HR Strategy Director, this is a unique opportunity to perform an extremely broad and diverse reward role, which will contain elements of Compensation, Benefits and Pension Management.
Compensation & Benefits Manager main responsibilities & accountabilities:
- Support development and implementation of the cash reward strategy to include: salary benchmarking, ad hoc queries and annual compensation process.
- Support development and implementation of the benefit strategy to include pension arrangements, core and noncore benefits
- Act as a recognised subject matter expert, advising HR and business managers.
- Inception and delivery of projects to advance the cash and benefit agendas to support the aims of the business.
- Support strategic HR projects.
- Responsible for International Assignments and policies relating to internal transfers.
- Build and maintain internal relationships within the HR team and in-house brokerage and across the business groups as well as with external relationships
Compensation & Benefits Manager key skills required:
- Experience of HR systems and software, Oracle is desirable.
- Very strong understanding and lots of exposure to the design and use of Compensation and Benefits programmes is beneficial.
- History of delivering remuneration strategies.
- Commercially minded with the ability to align business strategy and reward strategy.
- Strong experience in design and or administration of Comp and Benefits programmes
- Some knowledge of the Insurance Broking industry required is desirable.
