HR MI Analyst / PMO Analyst

A rare opportunity has presented itself for a HR MI Analyst / PMO Analyst to join a leading global financial service firm based in London. The successful candidate will be part of a small dynamic team and will be responsible for reporting to senior management up to committee level. They will  play a key part in liaising with Finance and HR and support the project manager for the critical HR transformation project.

  Key responsibilities for the HR MI Analyst / PMO Analyst will include:

• Collecting and delivering of regular and ad hoc project reporting to senior management.
• Managing the processes which support the delivery of the project, this includes the cost effectiveness and the accuracy of the data.
• Directing any technical development work required for the delivery of collated data from a variety of sources.
• Liaise with colleagues from all divisions in order to ensure a smooth roll out of the project.
• Ensure that all data is presented in a clear user friendly manner.
• Maintain existing data models and develop them further while producing accurate and relevant reports using various reporting tools.
• Manage the cost of the project in partnership with finance.

Key skills required for the HR MI Analyst / PMO Analyst  :

• Experience liaising with Senior Management
• Exposure and in-depth understanding of database design.
