A challenging role, this will get you involved in coordinating and supporting the annual pay review process for international mangers, senior executives, international secondees and international contract executives. You will be responsible for the effective provision of benchmarking data for all aspects of Reward. 

Working closely with the Reward manager, you will build strong relationships with regional, business HR and international management to advise and guide them on specialist issues.
