A great Share plans role with a global investment bank to work within their Reward function assisting the head of Share Plans and ensure the Group's share plans are operated correctly and efficiently. 

Having in-depth knowledge of tax and regulatory affairs, you will ideally be from a tax background having made the transition into Reward. 

As part of the a small and very efficient Group Share Plan's team that is managing the operation of the firms share plans of hundreds of thousands of employees globally, you will be involved in varied and interesting projects.
