Oakleaf Partnership are currently recruiting a superb opportunity for an HR Business Partner to provide HR advice and business support to the Global Finance business lines in the Front Office.
You will be reporting into a Head of HR and working with a challenging client group. You will provide Generalist HR support to a client population of circa 350 locally as well as working with a European based Head Office for expatriate casework.
Key responsibilities will be geared towards building and maintaining a robust staffing plan aligned to global budgets, implementing talent initiative, promotion and retention processes. You will also be required to provide coaching and guidance on performance management, disciplinaries and grievances.
As the successful candidate, you will have demonstrable experience in a previous Front Office HR Business Partner role and ideally in an investment banking environment. Candidates with HR Front Office Business Partnering background in other financial services areas will also be strongly considered.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for this role and as the successful candidate, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary in the range of circa £70,000 - £85,000 per annum with benefits and bonus potential.
