Reward Technical Partner

A leading international services firm is looking for a Reward Technical Partner to join their team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all reward issues are dealt with and delivered in support of reward policies and also the business objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

·         Supporting business perform via reward strategies.

·         Leading the project team to deliver reward projects across numerous division and functionalities.

·         Advise and recommend all business divisions on all reward issues acting as a reward expert.

·         Aiding the development of innovative reward strategies.

·         Working with Reward and Benefits leads to ensure that any reward changes are effectively implemented across all business divisions.

·         Monitoring the effectiveness of reward strategies.

Key skills required:

·         Experience of working in a matrix structure where reporting lines will vary.

·         Broad knowledge of reward across all specialism’s.

·         Previous exposure to relationship building and project management experience.
