A leading financial services firm is looking for a Reward Business Partner Adviser to join their team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for aiding with the delivery of the reward strategy, keeping within the guidelines of the overarching reward strategy.

Key responsibilities will include:

·         Act as a key contact for reward, working closely with senior members of staff to understand the current and future business needs to ensure that all compensation actions are in supports of the business strategy.

·         Support project management of key reward initiatives in key business areas.

·         Acts as an expert on reward, advising on all elements of reward.

·         Perform the data research, analysis and presentation to aid benchmarking in relation to salary and benefits, including analysing key competitors.

·         Keep abreast of current reward practices as well as all relevant legislation.

Key skills must include: 

·         Good knowledge of UK pays, benefits and compensation issues and related legislation and practice. 

·         Advanced Excel skills. 

·         Experience in using benchmark data.
