Reward Analyst

One of the most prestigious names in financial services is looking for a Reward Analyst to join their global performance and reward team on a fixed term contract covering maternity leave. Reporting to a senior manager, the role will be based in the Midlands but has flexibility of being split between both London and the Midlands.

Reward Analyst main duties:

  • Act as product champion for performance & reward to stakeholders across the HR function and within the business
  • Provide analytical support to enhance the performance and reward management service globally. 
  • Support the annual benchmarking process across various groups.
  • Responsible for ongoing monitoring of all key rewards metrics, including target market positioning, variable pay to fixed pay positioning etc.
  • Provide market data and salary recommendations to HR Generalists for ongoing HR processes such as recruitment, promotions, movements etc.
  • Support the global pay review process for designated client segments. Support and provide quality assurance of pay review process
  • Responsible for providing effective, relevant and timely executive reporting and analysis.

 If you have a proven track record in the reward space and with strong experience in HR metrics, compensation and job measurements whilst also geographically mobile then this could be a very interesting option.
