HR IS Analyst              

       

A leading financial services firm is looking for a HRIS Analyst to join their HR team in London. Reporting to the Head of Performance and Reward, you will be responsible for distributing analysis, reporting and maintaining data integrity for the UK and the wider business. This is a crucial recruit and the successful candidate must be confident in presenting information to senior management,  a team player and is keen to grow within the role and to progress a career in rewards.

Key responsibilities:

·         Act as the point of contact for all queries relating to HR information systems, whilst also producing and delivering regular reports to the board and any ad hoc reports requested.

·         Develop, support and promote processes and MI Solutions to enhance the accuracy of HR MI for executive management 

·         Produce ad hoc analysis for HR heads, business partners, analysts and specialists as required 

·         Maintain and manage data integrity by producing a testing analysis, ensuring the systems are working efficiently and that the reports produced are trustworthy and accurate.

·         Constantly devise ways to amend the employee self service system while also providing guidance to colleagues on the usage of it.

 

Key skills required:

·         Knowledge of reporting tools i.e. Business Objects, Crystal, Cognos Reports.

·         Extensive HRIS/reporting experience is very beneficial.

·         Knowledge and experience of using HR Systems ideally Northgate is desirable.
