Reward Analyst

A leading global financial services company is looking for a Reward Analyst to join its team based in London. Acting as a member of the reward team the main function of the Reward Analyst role is to provide guidance on compensation issues. The successful candidate will be contribute to the overall process of the pay and reward cycle, with particular focus on the salary review process. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Reward Analyst looking to work in a Global well known firm specialising particularly in the salary review process.

Key responsibilities will include:

·         Contributing to the delivery of the salary review process and the production of the management information packs.

·         Supporting total reward communications across various forms of media.

·         Reviewing and improving systems including selection and implementation of the systems.

·         Assisting with benchmarking activities and other ad hoc requests.

·         Preparing pensions reports and monitor the  making of payments.

Key skills required:

·         Advanced user of Excel Spreadsheets and use of databases.

·         Experience of salary reviews.

·         Ideally graduate calibre with supporting qualification.

Reward Analyst
