International Payroll and Benefits Officer – The City - £40000p/a - £45000p/a + Benefits

My client, a specialist financial organisation located in the heart of the City is currently recruiting for an International Payroll and Benefits Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned payroll professional to join an established team and have exposure to payroll on an international scale.

To be considered for this role you should have the following skills and experience:

-          Proven experience within payroll. ADP experience is beneficial but not essential.

-          Proven experience dealing with expat payrolls.

-          Previous exposure in a standalone role.

-          Experience with MS Word and Excel.

-          Experience in the financial sector is a bonus.

 

The successful candidate will have a wide variety of responsibilities:

-          Act as the standalone payroll person for 100 staff in the UK and over 40 abroad.

-          Responsible for expat admin.

-          Maintain sickness, maternity/paternity leave records.

-          Act as point of contact for all payroll queries.

-          Maintain personnel records via the payroll system.

-          Maintain holiday & sickness records.
