A global leading investment bank is looking for a Deferred Award Manager to join their team based in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design of the deferred award scheme and also the delivery and management of the scheme within the HR function.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Design and development, including the data collection and management of the whole process of deferred award.
  • Support the already existing reward programme and establish a harmonious link between bonus award and deferred award.
  • Partner with the group CAO and the HR Shared Services Team in order to ensure global delivery of the deferred award scheme.
  • Develop the performance metrics in order to gauge the delivery of deferred awards.
  • Aligning the deferred awards scheme with local legal and regulatory frameworks.

 

Key skills required:

  • Experience of working in a complex matrix organisation.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Ideally knowledge of quality improvement theory i.e. six sigma.
  • Knowledge of share plans and deferral plans will be beneficial.
