A leading global investment bank is looking for a global Executive Compensation Analyst to join their team in London. The successful candidate will be working within their deferred compensation team and extensive knowledge of tax or have recently qualified as a tax consultant with rewards experience would be a perfect fit.

Key responsibilities will include:

·         Working with the Global Executive Compensation department with designing and implementing Equity Plans.

·         Assisting with the Dividend Equivalent Payment Process.

·         Assist with Tax matters relating to compensation including dual contracts and deferred compensation schemes.

·         Contribute to the bonus progress, particularly Transfer Year arrangements.

Key skills:

·         ATT  or Tax qualifications would be ideal

·         Good communicator
