Compensation and Benefits Administrator
City Based – Permanent – Rewards
A leading financial service based in the City of London, is looking to recruit a Compensation and Benefits Administrator on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with the HR department and to be responsible for all of the compensations and benefits administrations within the UK. The successful candidate would ideally have basic knowledge of Pension, Benefits and Compensation with a strong administrative background.
Key responsibilities for the Compensation and Benefits Administrator include
· Assist and conduct monthly pension payments and reconciliations. This includes administering DC pension arrangements, dealing with a variety of pension queries and insurance companies.
· Prepare annual scheme report and accounts
· Responsible for organising/enrolling all benefits including UK Private Medical Insurance Scheme childcare vouchers, season tickets etc
· Responsible for co-ordinating all new joiners, leavers, scheme amendments data
· Lead and complete medical questionnaires, attend medicals and advise them of the insurer’s decision
· Deal with any income protection claimant cases, liaising with payroll, insurance providers and other providers as necessary
· Deal with all aspects of invoicing and accounting
· Generate adhoc reports and provide analysis / assistance as required.
