My client is a key global player within the hospitality sector with exciting growth plans to further penetrate the international markets. The business has recently reorganised its global operations to give them greater scope to maximise revenues across the world.
As a result of a restructure, we are looking to recruit a Compensation Manager, reporting to the Director of Compensation & Benefits for EMEA. This is a high profile role and critical to the ongoing development of a competitive and motivational compensation process for all employees in the region.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Leading the compensation function across the region, supporting the implementation of company initiatives
· Developing strategic and operational plans, managing execution and monitoring results
· Providing functional expertise, developing business cases for new cash compensation programmes and projects
The ideal candidate will be a compensation specialist with a strong track record of achievement in the implementation of salary structures and incentive plans and have the ability to reconcile total pay with business needs. You will be a confident relationship builder, comfortable dealing with senior management and consulting with employees across the business.
