Recruitment Administrator

A leading financial services company is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team. Reporting in to the Recruitment Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment manager in the efficient and effective day to day running of the function.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong responsibilities with agencies and line managers, arranging all candidate interviews.
  • Providing feedback to both agencices and candidates in line with current legislation.
  • Post job adverts internally and externally on job boards if required.
  • Update and maintain the recruitment spreadsheet  and the PSL producing statistics as and when required.
  • Provide assistance where required on direct resourcing of candidates.
  • Support with the offer process collating information and working collaboratively with HR operations in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for Agency Terms and Conditions and associated paperwork with support from the Talent Acquisition manager.
  • Interviewing junior level candidates and administering the Employee Referral programme.

Key skills will include:

  • Experience proven experience as a HR administrator within HR or recruitment, dealing with high volume scheduling.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft applications.
  • Working knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Ideally educated to degree level.
