Reward Business Consultant Partner

A leading financial services company  based in the city of London is looking for a Reward Business Consultant Partner to join their team. The successful candidate will be acting as a key reward contact for the business areas, working closely with the HR Division in order to fully understand the business challenges being faced. They will also develop and implement compensation- related solutions in support of the business agenda.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting project management of key reward initiatives for the relevant business area.
• Provision of expert advice and guidance on the whole of reward.
• Data Research, analysis and presentation of benchmarking data with regards to salary and benefits and also competitor analysis.
• Thorough and up to date knowledge of edge reward practices as well as relevant legislation covering reward issues.

Key skills must include:

• Good knowledge of UK pay, benefits and compensation issues and related legislation and practice.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in using benchmark data.
