Human Resources/Executive Assistant

Our client is looking for a HR resources and Executive Assistant to provide full and effective HR and EA administrative support. Our client, based in London, is an academic body committed to encouraging and maintain the highest possible standards of patient care in general care. The contract is two months intially.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing full administrative support service to the HR department and to the HR director.
  • Collate information for monthly payroll and liaise with the Payroll Department on a monthly basis to ensure that all payroll matters are dealt with accurately and timely.
  • Provide efficient, effective and timely recruitment administrator.
  • Manage the administration of the College’s learning and development function.
  • Manager external learning providers.
  • Provide advice to staff, sometimes on sensitive matters, liaising as necessary with the HR/ OD  BP’s and Manager, to ensure that staff issues are resolved effectively.
  • Contribute to new policies and procedures to ensure that the College’s employment practices meet legal and best practice requirements and standards.

Key skills required:

  • Strong skills in Microsoft packages especially Excel.
  • Previous operational experience of using HR Systems.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail under time pressure.
  • Strong organisation ability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work flexibly.
