Compensation and Benefits Manager
A leading financial service, is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager to join their reward function, based in London. This is a unique opportunity to perform an extremely broad and diverse reward role, which will contain elements of Compensation, Benefits, Pension Management and Payroll. Advanced knowledge of occupational pension schemes would be a distinct advantage.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to the Head of HR Operations by providing direct management of HR’s Compensation and Benefits team.
  • Ensuring the Bank continues to have competitive and cost effective compensation and benefits policies and practices.
  • Playing a proactive involvement in the design and implementation of benefit solutions in line with both HR and the Bank’s strategy.
  • Liaising directly with external benefit providers and manage the annual insurance renewal process.
  • Managing the Bank’s active and legacy pension schemes and will be the primary point of contact for each scheme’s actuary, administrator and Trustee board.
  • Full management responsibility for the Bank’s monthly payroll cycle.
