We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join a leading insurer to be based in Chelmsford. Supporting the Recruitment Partner you will be responsible for managing all recruitment activities across the organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for all recruitment activity in the absense of the Recruitment Partner.
  • Partnering with the Recruitment Partner you will carry out administrative duties for all recruitment processes.
  • Manage and develop direct sourcing channels.
  • Develop talent pools for various roles within the business.
  • You will manage the full recruitment life cycle on entry level vacancies.
  • Partnering with Managers you will provide support and advice on recruitment matters.
  • You will screen, shortlist and respond to candidates CV’s, progressing them to the next stage if successful.
  • You will be professional and timely in providing interview feedback to candidates and verbal offers if successful.
  • Contribute in current recruitment projects supporting the achievement of project goals.
