We have a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources Officer/ Administrator to join a leading financial services firm to be based in London, you will provide HR services to the business, Head of HR for GB and HR Manager ensuring that all HR administration matters are dealt with effectively.
On-going responsibilities:
- First line advice to the business on appropriate methods to manage poor performance, handle ER matters, generalist HR support.
- Assist with the management and implementation of the My Performance management system, managing queries and performance issues with line managers where appropriate. Seek to improve business completion rates on the various stages of My Performance.
- Provide advice to the business on issues such as maternity leave, study support, interns and process-based questions regarding performance and reward. First line queries will be directed to the HR Contact Centre.
- Build positive working relationships with the business teams, which may change from time to time. “Owns” a client group and supports a broader client group managed by the appropriate HR Manager.
- In Conjunction with the Resourcing Team work with the business to manage resource at the junior level.
- Hold responsibility for all performance management duties
The successful candidate will be able to work closely with HR colleagues across the wider business platform, including globally. You will have a good understanding of and experience of HR policies and practices, with experience of handling ER issues.
