We have a fantastic opportunity for a Training Co-ordinator to join a leading financial services firm to be based in Henley Upon Thames on a part time basis. This role will is a three month contract and the salary will be pro rata. The successful role holder will hold responsibility for the organisation of all training programmes within the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and store employee training records on source.
  • Maintain and update all required employee paperwork, including filing training certificates.
  • Collation and distribution of training materials to employees.
  • Assisting in training course set-up/clear up before and after events.
  • Running standard and custom reports in Source.
  • Keeping data of training suppliers fee’s terms and condition up to date.
  • Keeping training materials up to date.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the training manager.
