We have a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources Advisory Team Leader to join a highly regarded global Investment Bank based in the City. The primary focus of the role will be to support the delivery of the HR Business Strategy, working closely with the Business Partners and Management to implement this. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the UK group Technology and Operations HR Advisory team ensuring that you deliver HR products and services across the UK client based.
• Working with HR Business Partners, you will ensure that clients are provided with professional advice, support and guidance on HR issues.
• Supporting Business Partners you will advise business clients and employees on specific areas of HR, including compensation and promotion processes, diversity and mobility.
• Manage and develop the HR Advisory team ensuring they deliver a high touch service to managers and employees across the group.
• Organise and perform exit interviews ensuring that feedback is provided.
• Manage and take control of the HR Advisory Function ensuring that HR processes are run efficiently.
