Share and Cash Plans Associate Director

Oakleaf Partnership are currently recruiting a number of roles for a leading financial services group with worldwide reach.We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Share and Cash Plans Associate Director to join a leading retail bank. Reporting to the Share and Cash Plans Team Leader you will hold responsibility for the day to day operational delivery of share and cash plans across the business.

Role:

The role holder will also support implementation of key projects covering a wide range of technical disciplines to ensure that the design and delivery of the business share plans is world class

Responsibilities:

• Assist team leader with day to day running of share and cash plans team.
• Managing delivery of all tasks to agreed deadlines.
• Co-ordinating share and cash plan award and release nominations process with Business reward teams
• Train and Educate reward and HRBP teams on the businesses share and cash plans
• Coordinate and facilitate collaborations across the Group to ensure the projects meet business requirements and are successfully delivered to time and budget
• Participate as an active member of the wider Comp & Bens team, supporting initiatives and projects where required.
• Lead/assist (as appropriate) team training on all processes and controls, regulatory updates impacting plan design/processes.
• Ensure that Share and Cash Plan operations are delivered effectively, within budget and with a high focus on customer service and accuracy.

Skills and Experience.

• Technical knowledge of and experience in share plan design, administration, tax, legal and financial issues.
• Skilled project manager.
• Ability to deal effectively with individuals at all levels of staff including senior management.
• Performance driven and results orientated, supportive, business focused, highly commercial outlook.
• Comfortable with data/data handling across all share and cash plan processes.
