One of the world’s leading Investment banks has an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Recruitment Manager to take responsibility for one of the Front office Analyst and Associate teams.

Main Responsibilities will include:

•  You will manage the strategy and the execution and coordination of summer and full time hiring
            for the selected line of business.
•  You will develop, manage and build relationships with school teams and career services to assist
            the recruiting process.
•  You will represent our clients on campus and will manage processes for interviews and
            assessment centres.
• You will project manage key initiatives including intern program management.
• You will enhance strategic recruiting strategies by consulting with the recruiting team leaders.
• You will run global co-ordination and processes across the team.
• You will manage the responsibilities for the recruiters and coordinators on the team.
