EMEA Compensation and Benefits Manager

A leading international Bank based in London is looking for an EMEA Compensation and Benefits Manager to join a team of four.  Reporting to the Head of Compensations & Benefits EMEA, you will lead on key deliverables such as the remuneration review, market data/trends and modelling across the regions.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  •  Implement and manage regional remuneration policies (in line with global frameworks
    regulatory requirements).
  • Consulting with the Head of Compensation & Benefits EMEA, develop local policies including
    tailoring global strategy to meet regional needs.
  • Contribute in the development of global remuneration policies and processes.
  • Maintain overview of regional remuneration structures and markets data, providing advice to
    the Global Remuneration of new and key trends in the Region.
  • Liaise with the rest of the EMEA team and business with regards to package structuring for
    new hires.
  • Develop strong relationships with the global reward team and communicate regularly with
    peers in other regions.

 Key Skill Sets / Experience required:

  •  Advance Excel skills sets, ideally knowledge of Macros.
  •  Knowledge of Benefit and Reward plans across a EMEA region.
