We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Head of HR to join a young and dynamic market leading financial services organisation. Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer you will be responsible for the HR function which has an international remit and you will act as a partner to the Executive team providing expert advice and guidance.
Key Responsibilities will include:
· You will develop a comprehensive HR framework for the business.
· You will lead and create the HR strategy that supports a high performance culture.
· You will provide consulting support to senior management and you will advise them on all areas of HR practice.
· Manage all core HR functions such as Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations and Learning and Development.
· You will support the delivery of strategic and operational goals through commercially focussed HR support.
· Talent Management / Succession Planning
This role requires a true generalist who can turn their hand to all aspects of HR. You have proven experience of working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment where you have developed an in-depth understanding of all HR areas of expertise. The successful candidate will have outstanding communication and analytical skills, with excellent commercial awareness.
