HR Analyst

We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Analyst to join a global financial services firm to be based in the Canary Wharf.
This role reports into the MI Manager you will support the relationship management service in accordance to our client’s global businesses.
Key responsibilities include.
- You will adhere to the timetable of regular reports and ensure that all deadlines are met.
- You will act as the main driver through changes where required in time for the month-end reporting.
- You will ensure that all client groups are able to use all systems such as PeopleSoft and Excel.
- You will understand the specific MI needs for the business, and you will be the main leader for the global markets teams within global businesses.
- You will provide support for the Global Businesses HR team from an MI perspective.
- You will effectively manage a large and demanding client group ensuring that you meet all of their needs.
Key Skills/Experiences.
- You must have SQL knowledge
- You will have previous experience in working as an analyst.
- Experience within working within Financial Services or for a multi-national company within HR is preferable.
