Graduate Recruiter

My client, a leading active investors firm, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced graduate Recruiter to be part of a striving recruitment team based in the City of London. Reporting to one of the HR Directors you will have responsibility for all graduate recruitment activity. Building strong relationships with the HR Generalists and the Learning and Talent Development team you will deliver on the graduate recruitment plan.

Responsibilities of the Graduate Recruiter

•        Coordinate the end to end process of the recruitment and selection practice including candidate sifting, conducting interviews and provide support for graduate recruitment assessment days.

•        Assist with the organisation and planning of summer internships, you will be the main point of contact in these events.

•        Market and build relationships across the university careers centre.

•        You will be responsible for the graduate recruitment event planning.

•        You will work with the central marketing team to ensure  all marketing material are coherent

Keys skills and Experience of the Graduate Recruiter

·         You will have experience in working with graduate recruitment with financial services or a professional

          corporate environment.

·         You will have experience in interviewing and selecting candidates.

·         You will have strong management skills with the ability to direct projects.
