Senior MI Manager

We have an exciting new opportunity for an Senior MI Manager to join a global investment bank. Working closely with HR and the wider business community and supporting one of the largest divisions of the bank, the successful candidate will be accountable for the overall delivery of all MI activity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver HR information by understanding the client’s strategic business agenda and direction.
• Collaborating and networking across the HR community and wider business, consistently delivering astute people related analytics and information, identifying relevant issues and trends.
• Provide support and guidance needed for effective client decision making.
• Managing conflict, maintain comfort around demanding clients and difficult deadlines.
• As a senior member of the MI team, you will inspire others to consistently innovate, improve and challenge existing processes and thought patterns.

Experience required:

• Senior stakeholder management.
• Significant HR MI knowledge coupled with a keen commercial acumen.
• Matrixed and offshoring  organisation experience is essential.
