HR Management Information (MI) Analyst
Our client, one of the world's largest Investment Banks based in the City is seeking a Human Resources Management Information (MI) Analyst. If successful, you interact with senior HR Business Partners as well as HR Generalists and CoE colleagues alike.
As part of the HR team, you would be required to develop, deliver and maintain HR MI solutions, to support effective planning and decision making at executive level. This role is a critical hire and as such requires a candidate who possesses the confidence and communication skills to directly interact with senior clients.
Main duties include:
- Develop processes and systems to enhance the accuracy of HR management information and the efficiency of its production
- Identify and mitigate risks to HR data accuracy
- Identify opportunities for more effective use of HR management information
- Support HR colleagues to promote more efficient and effective use of HR MI
- Manage the regular collation, analysis and presentation of HR MI from a variety of sources
- Produce ad hoc analysis for HR heads, business partners, analysts and specialists as required
- Produce regular HR metrics to support compliance monitoring, monitoring of HR operational effectiveness and people management e.g. recruitment, turnover, absence etc.
- Coordinate collation and reporting of Global HR data.
Skills required for the MI Analyst:
- Advanced MS Excel and MS Access skills are essential.
- Experience writing script in VBA will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of HR SAP or equivalent employee system will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of best practice in HR performance measurements internally and externally will be an advantage
- Financial Services experience will be an advantage.
- Good experience/skills in performance measurement and reporting will be an advantage
- Experience in creating reporting frameworks will be an advantage
