Senior HR Officer

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior HR Officer to join a leading financial services firm to be based in the City. The role holder will support departments across the London branch. You will provide the business with support in dealing with ER issues, recruitment, and performance management. The role holder will delegate and co-manage the workload of the HR Advisor to ensure that administrative support is provided with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Liaise with the Resourcing and Development Manager and Business Managers to establish recruitment needs.

·         Interview candidates, provide interview notes and advise management on recruitment issues.  Be able to apply strong interviewing skills and questioning techniques for more senior candidates.

·         Liaise with Paris HR and Management to confirm approvals and establish offer amounts and other contractual details.

·         Respond to any queries the candidate may have regarding the Contract of Employment and negotiate contract terms.

·         Oversee the end to end process of new joiners and oversee all HR matters with current employees.

·         Oversee the end to end process of leavers.

·         Liaise with the business, HR Manager and international HR contacts to coordinate and support the negotiation, agreement and set-up of terms and conditions of employment for all Expatriates coming into the business or being seconded to other offices.

·         Assist the HR Manager and international HR contacts  to determine the appropriate package for Expats-out

The successful candidate will have experience working within a HR advisory role, the ability to work autonomously and previous team management experience.
