• Managing clients Performance, Reward and Benefits for senior executive employees.
• Support the annual performance, pay and potential review process including developing group guidelines

• Work with other functions to ensure client group reward policies and processes are compliant with regulatory requirements as well as external reporting regulations and demonstrating best practice in terms of corporate governance.
• Support the management of client review processes, including liaising with key stakeholders including the Group Head of HR and Communications to ensure appropriate messaging and positioning.
• Assist the Head of Compensation in all aspects of compensation as required, including preparing papers, providing advice and contributing to the Group agenda.

Requirements:

• Experience within the Financial Services industry is desirable

• Expertise in the design, development, implementation and administration of all types of compensation and benefits programs
• Communication, interpersonal and management skills

To be successful you must have a proven track record in reward, design and implementation. You should also have excellent influencing and communication skills, including strong people and relationship management skills.
