My client, a leading European Investment Bank, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their growing team.  While banking/financial experience is a definite preference, they are keen to meet with candidates who have both back/middle and front office experience.

Key responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Provide frontline generalist HR support and guidance on a wide range of strategic people issues.
  • Work with senior leadership team to create a proactive partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Partner with specialist functions such as recruitment, reward and L&D to deliver responsive and pragmatic solutions to the client.
  • Provide guidance to managers as they conduct mid-year and annual performance and promotion reviews
  • Work with the learning and development team to develop and implement effective competencies and goal setting
  • Lead specialist local compensation plan initiatives and coordinate stakeholder input
  • Plan and execute on key people projects across the region.
  • Ensure the flawless execution and delivery of core processes to client groups.

Successful candidates will be commercially aware, committed to client service and adept at juggling a role that requires them to operate at the highest levels of the organisation while still managing a constant stream of operational HR issues. Ideal candidates will have worked in a complex matrix and enjoy the challenge of building robust relationships in a global environment.
