We are looking for a experienced IT recruiter to join one of the most exciting names in the financial services sector. This is a hybrid role, managing vendor relationships while at the same time, always looking for new and innovative ways to attract candidates directly.
Reporting into the European Recruitment Manager, the purpose of the role will be to provide a consultative service to the business and to ensure the delivery of quality candidates at all levels.
Key Responsibilities;
*Create effective and strong relationships, agreeing and defining lines of responsibilities through the entire life cycle
*Network with and leverage off the existing internal technology community as a source of market intelligence
*Establish a solid understanding of both the technology and business strategy and be able to communicate this to the external market in a clear, concise and positive way
*Identify competitor recruitment trends and their potential impact on the ability to recruit, provide solutions and sell these to management
*Take ownership of the complete candidate management lifecycle from initial approach through to offer management and on-boarding
