HR Assistant

We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Assistant to join at a leading global Financial Services firm. If successful you will provide proactive administrative support to our clients HR Business Partner, supporting a dedicated client group. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate data within the HR MI system producing reports as required, and will provide a proactive client service to the client group and the wider HR Team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a proactive, client focused approach to supporting the business client group.
  • Identifying solutions in a timely manner.
  • Provide proactive, accurate and efficient support to the HR Business Partner, ensuring work is completed in line with KPIs, workflows, procedures and precedent documents.
  • Provide efficient administrative support for all stages of the employee lifecycle (i.e. joiners, leavers, induction, referencing, changes to terms & conditions).
  • Ensure all hard/soft copy files are kept up-to-date in line with departmental procedures.
  • Providing payroll with accurate and timely information to process changes to remuneration/ terms & conditions.
  • Responsibility for the accurate and timely input of data into the HR MI system, generating reports and analysis when required.
  • Ad hoc project work as advised by the HR Director/HR Business Partner.

To be successful you must be CIPD qualified, have experience of working in a commercial, deadline focused environment and have a commitment to "add-value" through delivering commercial, pragmatic and high quality HR support with a can do attitude.
