We have a great opportunity for a HR/ ER Advisor to join a specialist financial services organisation on a 6 week ongoing contract. If successful you will work to review all Banking Division UK based contracts and identify the contracting Legal Entity, based on an extract of employees.
If successful you will work to request that local HR undertake a review of HR contracts to ensure that no transfers have remained on our clients Legal Entities contracts. You will also work to review any acquisition of a business into our client over the past 24 months and will record TUPE Legal Entity.
