Front Office Recruiter

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Front Office Recruiter to join a leading financial services firm with a global remit, on a temporary basis for 6 to 12 months with the view to start ASAP.

If successful you will be responsible for:

·         The end to end management of recruitment process and recruitment projects.

·         Maintain an up to date account of current open roles, both internal and external up to MD level; screening associated CVs and competency based interviewing where requested for senior hires.

·         Liaise with hiring managers on open roles and how best to fill them.

·         Structure and negotiate compensation with new hire/agency and hiring managers.

·         Support and advice senior management – demonstrating advanced knowledge and subject matter expertise.

·         Work with HR specialists to develop and implement new policies in line with new legislation/best practice.

·         Actively contribute to the wider recruitment team through proactive sharing of information and best practice and coaching less experienced recruiters where appropriate.

·         Developing support staff’s (interview co-ordinators and onboarders) knowledge of team activity and relevant business areas.

·         Innovate new ways to fill vacancies as the market becomes increasingly competitive.

·         Building strategic relationships with senior clients (MD/business heads) across specific businesses, as a trusted recruitment advisor.

·         Attending appropriate business management meetings and recruitment forums.

·         Provide comprehensive resourcing solutions, including market mappings and competitor analysis.

·         Development of MIS on key recruitment related metrics to help influence management behaviour, support initiatives and identify key trends.

·         Own and develop productive relationships with key suppliers. 

·         Manage terms of business, and negotiate favourable rates.

·         Own day to day running of PSL structure and strategy across our clients Asset and Wealth Management business.

To be successful onsite and front office recruitment experience is desired and specialist HR knowledge is required.
