Senior Onsite Recruiter (12 month contract)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced recruiter to join this small onsite team for a period of 12 months.  The successful candidate will be based onsite at a medium-large financial services firm and will hold responsibility for all aspects of temporary recruitment across the business.  The ideal candidate will have solid experience of temporary recruitment, either onsite or within an agency supporting financial services clients. 

 

Key responsibilities

-       Main point of contact for business managers.

-       Recruitment process design and improvement.

-       End to end management of temporary hires – obtaining approvals, management of PSL, screening CVs, interview co-ordination, background checks.

-       Inductions for new temporary workers.

-       Regular meetings/discussions with Hiring Managers to ensure consistent client satisfaction.

-       Generate weekly recruitment reports.
