My client, an industry leading e-commerce business, is currently seeking an HR Business Partner to support the organisation’s IT function. Reporting into the CIO and Group HR Director this really is a true business partnering role. You will play an active role on the senior management team and will have key responsibility for all generalist areas, including:
§ The provision of ER support to management and employees
§ Leading on several high profile engagement initiatives
§ Ensuring performance appraisal is effective and taking steps to improve current processes/approaches
§ Leading on strategy in areas such as learning and development and recruitment
§ Driving the continual improvement and development of policies and procedures
§ Reviewing and collating remuneration data across the business and externally
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone to take that next step into a genuine ‘business partner’ position. The ideal candidate will be a current business partner in a similar industry who has sound knowledge of IT client groups and the challenges that this can bring. You will have sound academics and will possess a CIPD qualification.
