We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a leading global asset management organisation, based in London. If successful you will be working to build client relationships whilst enabling our client to meet its goals through the provision of a range of HR services and support to HR Generalists, the Head of HR Europe and the Head of HR International.
Key Responsibilities;
Recruitment, Induction and Probation
· Arrange interviews for senior candidates, liaising with search firms, recruitment agencies, candidates and managers.
· ‘Own' our client's recruitment and offer pack literature, ensuring this is professional, up to date and presents an excellent marketing image.
· Produce all job offer documentation and ensure safe arrival with candidates and track the vetting processes across Europe for offers made.
· Administer joining and induction arrangements for new hires, establishing rapport with and provide exceptional service to new hires.
Benefits
· Understand and be able to explain the technical detail of a wide range of employment benefits offered across Europe.
· ‘Own' the benefits literature publicizing our clients schemes and ensure it is updated and streamline.
· Handle the benefits renewals and assist the Head of HR Europe/Generalists in negotiating new benefits/ re-broking and liaison with third party brokers.
Interface with Payroll
· Focal point for all European payroll instructions approved by the team Generalists. Generate instructions for payroll benefit changes and ensure all instructions are sent to payroll in a timely manner.
Management information
· Focal point within the European HR Team for the preparation of quality, accurate Management Information. Establish and deliver regular reporting requirements for HR colleagues and managers.
Compensation
· Support the Head of HR Europe in the annual (and any out of cycle) salary review and bonus exercises.
To be successful you must be able to demonstrable a track record as a successful HR administrator, take enormous pride in doing an excellent job and have good interpersonal and communication skills.
