We have a fantastic opportunity for a Pay Representative to join a leading name in the financial services sector to be based in London. If successful you will sit within our client's area of the business which is managing the sale and run down of non-core assets and businesses.

Core deliverables for the role;

·         In conjunction with our clients HR BPs, ensure business pay managers are engaged and kept fully informed on the non-core pay process.

·         Act as first point of contact to our clients HR BPs for resolution of pay review queries and issues in their business area.

·         Review any communication material to ensure the content is fit for purpose.

·         In conjunction with HR BPs and business pay managers, manage data quality and hierarchy processes.

·         Ensure local requirements are known and included within pay process.

·         Ensure special populations are managed appropriately e.g. international assignees.

·         Ensure our clients business area submits the data to meet the deadlines detailed in our client's project plan.

·         Create analysis packs to evaluate rating distribution, recommendations against key equality factors and spend against budget.

·         Liaise with core businesses to ensure that our client's non-core assets and businesses have appropriate oversight of recommendations for individuals working on non-core businesses within core.

To be successful previous experience of project / work stream management and managing a complex matrix of stakeholders is essential, where previous experience of working on pay review within the banking sector is desirable.
