My client is a smaller part of a large financial services network - a global brand with a growing UK presence.  They currently have an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join their HR team of 5, to act as a trusted Business Partner to a varied client (c170 employees).  This is a fantastic, challenging opportunity for an individual who can thrive in an ambiguous, constantly changing environment.  Financial Services experience would be ideal but not absolutely essential.

This is a true business partnering role and the successful candidate will have responsibility for the following

·         Responsible for the implementation and delivery of cyclical HR activities in the relevant business unit, such as comp review, performance management etc

·         Responsible for the implementation of  HR initiatives that support business plans and objectives.

·         Responsible for the implementation of HR projects.

·         Influencing, engaging and being an effective and integral member of Business Leadership teams.

·         Forming and maintaining effective working relationships with senior stakeholders.

·         Supporting managers with advice and coaching on tactical and operational people issues.

·         Working with global HR to shape and give input into strategic and tactical HR products, services and approaches.
