My client, one of the world's preeminent asset management firms and a premier provider of global investment management, risk management and advisory services are looking for an experienced Compensation Specialist.
The main job duties will include
•· Assisting with the maintenance, running, ongoing improvement and further development of formulaic compensation models. This will also involve analysing proposals/testing assumptions/producing "what if scenarios"/forecasting the longer-term impact to the business bottom line and to individual and team earnings potential.
•· Assisting with the review of compensation delivery to ensure is being delivered in a tax effective way in each location
•· Assisting in the review, development and implementation of compensation policies and practices for the EMEA region.
•· Working on the year-end review processes from start to finish; baselining / name & claim / pool modelling /allocation
•· Assisting with modelling the impact of EU regulation on compensation structures
