My client, a leading name in the UK Financial Services industry has a current requirement for an experienced Learning professional (Interim) to join them for an initial period of 3-6 months. This is an excellent opportunity to play a valued role in a business going through huge amounts of change and transformation and to play an important part in the building of a global learning framework/culture.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the build, implementation and maintenance of a wide range of Learning programmes and initiatives.
- Display an up-to-date knowledge of current market trends in the Learning space and communicate this effectively to the wider group.
- Ensure that target dates for the completion of programme design is communicated to all concerned.
- Compile reports and MI which will support the efficient management of Learning programmes (evaluation satisfaction measurements, budget spend YTD etc)
- Develop a quick understanding of current Learning guidelines, standards and frameworks.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, it is essential that candidates have worked in other global organizations (preferably Financial Services) where size, complexity and scope are the key challenges of effective programme management. The ideal candidate will have experience of designing people leadership, culture or induction learning content (must be a subject matter expert in one of these areas.)
