Our client, a leading Asset Management business based in the city, has an exciting new opportunity for Compensation and Benefits System Analyst on a permanent basis.

This is an integral role working closely with the Reward Manager to support the compensation cycle including compensation reviews, data management, salary surveys and submitting salary benchmarking data.  This is a great role for anyone who wants to broaden there skills within compensation and benefits and progress to an analytical role.

The successful candidate will have strong HRIS administration skills within a financial or professional services environment and previous experience with compensation and benefits.  Self motivation, excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to build up relations with the business quickly are also essential for this role.
