We have an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Recruiter or a Lateral Hire Recruiter with a Technology background, to join the Graduate team of an International Investment Bank.

Reporting into the Head of Infrastructure Graduate Recruitment, the role will have overall responsibility for the hiring of Graduates and Interns within the Technology space, as well as ownership of several university relationships.

Responsibilities and accountabilities will be as follows:

• Partnering with the business to understand their requirements and being seen as a trusted advisor
• Responsible for candidate management on the application system, screening applications, conducting telephone interviews, organizing assessment days, feedback to unsuccessful candidates, run wrap up sessions and extend offers
• Support the internship programmes. Arrange and attend events, assist with objective gathering and sit in on appraisals
• Responsible for managing certain university relationships in UK on behalf of the Bank and Infrastructure as well as managing the budget for these schools
• You will be responsible for a strand of Diversity and CSR strategy and execution, working closely with employee networks
• The firmwide team thrives off team work and operates across function to ensure wider goals are achieved. You will therefore be expected to support the wider team when feasible

The right candidate will either have a strong graduate recruitment or technology recruitment background and solid experience in running assessment centres. Financial Services exposure is desirable.
