My client, a European Investment Bank with a large London presence, has a new opportunity for a Learning and Development Manager to head up a team of two. As this is a new role, there is an enormous amount of scope for the right individual to make their mark and play a key role in the development of creative and innovative development solutions. The successful candidate will build out the UK L&D offering while at the same time link in with regional counterparts to ensure that there is joined-up thinking on an international scale.
Key Responsibilities.
- Manage the co-ordination of the Talent programme regionally.
- Design and co-ordinate creative development solutions - mentoring, CEO workshops, networking events.
- Manage the Training Supplier PSL and all review meetings.
- Ensure that all L&D related MI is robust and useful for the business.
- Project management and participation in broader HR projects.
To be considered for this opportunity, it is essential that candidates possess broad L&D experience from within an international organisation. Financial Services experiences ideal. The ability to consistently manage multiple tasks and competing requirements from senior stakeholders is essential for success in this role.
