We are currently recruiting for a permanent Graduate Recruiter to work with our client, a global financial organisation based in the City.
This is a great opportunity to work closely with the business to manage the international graduate recruitment schemes as well as providing ongoing support during the graduate programs. This is a fantastic hands-on opportunity to get involved in the international side of graduate recruitment and play and integral part rolling out the new processes as well as designing and taking ownership for a new internship program.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record in managing full life cycle graduate recruitment, running assessment centers, project managing milk rounds as well as facilitating round table hiring discussions and wash ups. Previous experience within a financial organisation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also essential for this role.
